3 Tips To Help Your Gut Health
1. Drink celery juice every morning, AFTER your coffee: Best would be fresh celery juice NOT bottled unless its coming from a juicery. I use a flash frozen celery juice that is organic and very good. Check it here
2. Add two scoops of Marshmallow Root to your coffee/tea or I mix it right into my celery shake.
3. Drink 4 oz of Aloe Vera daily (nothing else added): I recommend drinking it towards the end of the night or after you eat anything acidic. Stay away from bottled versions with extra crap added - we want 100% aloe vera juice extracted from the plant. Whole foods has some good options.
